Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with SealedPC.tcg! We strive to ensure a fair and transparent process for all returns, exchanges, and order cancellations.

3-Day Return Window

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after physically receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unopened, unused, factory-sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sealedpc.tcg@gmail.com.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Important: Items sent back to us without first explicitly requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always reach out to us with any return-related questions at our support email.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

If your package was damaged in transit by the carrier, please still reach out to us and notify us of the issue. We will evaluate the situation immediately and work to make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Due to the unique nature of trading card products and market volatility, we enforce the following strict guidelines:

  • Opened Items: Any items that have been opened or have a broken factory seal are completely non-returnable. There are no exceptions to this rule.

  • Minor Factory Cosmetic Imperfections: All factory-sealed products are manufactured with the intent to be opened. As such, products may contain minor cosmetic imperfections from the manufacturer (e.g., loose shrink wrap, small normal holes in the wrapping, weak glue on box flaps, etc.). Items with these standard manufacturer variations are not eligible for a return.

  • Sealed Collection Expectations: We understand that some items are purchased for a permanent "sealed collection." If you require pristine box conditions, please leave a note on your order before checkout indicating it is for a sealed collection, or reach out to us before we ship. If you wish to exchange an item for cosmetic reasons after receiving it, we can accommodate you (subject to available stock) provided that you cover the shipping costs both ways.

Exchanges, Refunds, Cancellations

Exchanges

Once your exchange has been approved, we will ship out the replacement item as soon as the original returned item has been physically received back at our facility and inspected.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Deductions: All approved customer-requested refunds are subject to the deduction of the return shipping costs and the non-refundable processing fee from the initial transaction.


Cancellation & Return Fees

All standard order cancellations or customer-requested returns are subject to a processing fee of up to 3.6% which will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover merchant processing costs.

Botting Refund Policy

We are committed to a fair marketplace for genuine collectors. In the event we detect a purchase being made using an automated checkout bot:

  • The primary order will be reviewed and refunded immediately.

  • For every subsequent order placed by the same user/bot after the first transaction, a 10% restocking fee will be strictly deducted from the order total when the automated refund is processed.
