Same-Day Shipping Cutoff 

• 3:00 PM EST Cutoff: Your order will ship out the exact same day if placed before 3:00 PM EST, unless an "out of our control" business disruption prevents us from doing so.

• In the event of an unexpected disruption, your order will be safely sent out on our daily carrier pick-up the following business day.

Tracking Information

• All orders will have tracking uploaded the very second we print your shipping label.

• Pre-Orders / Future Releases: Please note that tracking may sometimes generate a few days ahead of an official product release date. Don't worry—this is simply our team prepping fulfillment early so your items are ready to move the moment release day hits.

Shipping Schedule

• We receive daily package pick-ups Monday through Friday from our partnered shipping carriers.

Cancellations & In-Transit Refunds

• No returns or refunds can be granted while a package is actively in transit.
• If you need to initiate a return or refund process, you must wait until the package is physically delivered to your address first.
